PulseView ("we", "our", or "us") values your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when you use the PulseView mobile application (the "App").

Health and Measurement Data
The App allows you to measure, record, and review wellness-related data, including heart rate, pulse records, measurement history, and related wellness notes. This information is used to provide in-app measurement, history, chart, and trend features.
Camera and Sensor Data
PulseView may use your device camera and flashlight to estimate heart rate by detecting changes in light through your fingertip. Camera access is used only for the measurement process. We do not collect, upload, store, or share photos, videos, or camera images from this process.
Information You Provide
You may voluntarily provide information such as feedback, support requests, app settings, or wellness notes. If you contact us, we may receive your email address and the contents of your message so that we can respond to your request.
Technical and Usage Information
We may automatically collect limited technical information, including device type, operating system version, app version, language settings, approximate region, crash logs, diagnostic information, advertising identifiers, and anonymous usage events. This information helps us maintain, secure, analyze, and improve the App.
We use information for the following purposes:
Heart rate records, measurement history, and wellness notes are primarily stored locally on your device unless a specific feature clearly states otherwise or you choose to use a feature that requires transmission. You may delete locally stored App data by using available in-app controls, clearing App data, or uninstalling the App.
Technical, diagnostic, analytics, and advertising-related information may be processed by us or our service providers to operate, improve, and support the App.
We do not sell your personal health data. We may share limited information only in the following circumstances:
The App may request permissions such as camera, flashlight, notification, or storage access depending on the features you use. You can manage permissions through your device settings. Some App features may not work properly if required permissions are disabled.

PulseView is not intended for children under the age of 13, or the equivalent minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
PulseView is provided for general wellness and informational purposes only. The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Heart rate measurements and related results may be estimates and may be affected by device model, lighting, movement, skin condition, finger placement, and other factors. You should not rely on the App as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical questions or concerns.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will become effective when posted in the App or on this page. The "Last updated" date above indicates when this Privacy Policy was most recently revised.
